Dear Linda and Staff,

We have arrived home in Ohio, and I just want to thank you for taking such good care of Mooxi, Pixi and Gigi while we were visiting a few weeks ago.

As you know, none of them had ever boarded before, and I was a little hesitant to leave them anywhere. I was so happy to see how well they adjusted, and how great they looked when we picked them up. Now I have to find a place as great as yours here in our area but I think it will be difficult.

Once again, thank you, it was indeed a "Great place to stay"

I just wanted to thank you all so much for taking care of my two dog's Andy and Oliver and my cat Lucy. I was so incredibly pleased with your services that I will sure return if ever I'm in town with my four legged children.

Anyway I just wanted to thank you all for such a wonderfully run facility. I'm telling all of my friend's about your boarding and grooming an about all of the great individuals who work there as well.

We were beginning to worry about Trump our 2 year old Giant Schnauzer. He was beginning to put on weight and we knew exactly why. He was uncontrollable to take on a walk. My husband and I were afraid that we might fall and get hurt because he pulled so hard on the leash. Our teenagers did not want to walk him because it was a fight to the finish to get home in one piece. Trump had a habit of jumping on us to say hello but it was very embarrassing when we would have guests come to the house. Not everyone appreciated this warm welcome.

I finally decided it was enough and sought training for Trump. No one in our house had the time to devote to a daily regimine so off he went to the Chaparral Animal Spa. Trump spent one month with Linda and her staff learning how to behave in the home as well as learning how to heal heal on his leash. We were able to schedule visits with Trump to view his progress over the course of the month. It was hard to say goodbye, but when we saw his progress, we knew it was a good thing.

We are so happy with the results that Trump and Linda worked so to accomplish. He lost weight while at the spa and now we can keep his exercise routine up with daily relaxing walks. A dream come true for the entire family and our guests.

We always enjoyed Trump but now that he is so mannerly, there is a new level of joy and appreciation for our special guy!!
